As the Vice President of Sales and Leasing, Tim's role is to assist Landlords, Tenants, Buyers, and Sellers in the facilitation of their all their real estate needs. Tim has completed transactions with national tenants such as Planet Fitness, Visionworks, Boot Barn, Kirkland's, Jackson Hewitt, Edible Arrangements, Jersey Mikes, Cricket Wireless as well as many other local and regional tenants. With 25+ years in construction, AJ can be considered a very well-rounded handyman, site superintendent and father of three. Mr. Richey has experience ranging from operating gantry cranes to managing inventory at a pre-stressed concrete panel factory. AJ’s passion for woodworking in residential and commercial applications fuels him to take a hands-on and outgoing approach to all of our projects. This man is a seriously genuine teammate with a can-do attitude and an infectious smile that creates an enjoyable and professional worksite.

The boss-man! Darren has taken his degree from BSU’s College of Architecture and Planning in Landscape Architecture and turned it into an ability to oversee all types of construction projects. He has experience as a Project Manager, Site Superintendent, and Estimator which earned his role as Form G’s Director of Construction (DOC). If you have a construction issue that needs to be resolved, D is your go to guy. His love for design and problem solving have been exemplified by the completion of historical renovations and design-build projects alike. Darren’s ability to be creative, maintain his composure during high-pressured schedules while tightening construction budgets; makes him the perfect DOC for Form G!
For over 20 years Erik has formed buildings and houses for all the world to see, he doesn’t swing a hammer, he doesn’t cut wood, he does the dirty work you can’t see. Erik oversees the entire land use entitlement process, beginning with land acquisition, continuing through the conceptual site plan design and site due-diligence procedure and ends with plans ready for construction. He utilizes his years of hands on experience, knowledge and education in the Real Estate and Land Development field to provide design solutions with an outside the box mentality.

Lyndsay just recently graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communications and is the newest addition to the Form G Office Team. Lyndsay is navigating her way into to the construction world, and optimistically, hit the ground running with inquisitive energy to learn, create and support her teammates via solid communication. Lyndsay has natural skills to transition from entitlements to construction with ease, which has propelled her to assistant both the DOC and VP of Development.
Brian definitely knows how to organize and manage a construction site. Having owned his own remodeling company, he is well versed in many trades. Brian grew up working construction. His specialty is supervising multimillion-dollar projects ranging from 10 building apartment complexes to huge $26M hotels. This outdoorsy military veteran is a great addition to the Form G Team.

MK is part of the glue that holds the office together. Michele is a hardworking and dedicated employee that keeps the show going. She is the eyes and ears of the office and helps our team with the information they need to achieve our goals. As an Operations Assistant, she supports the DOO in keeping processes and procedures streamlined in the office, and in the field. Michele has over 37 years of experience in accounting, operations and construction administration. She is an excellent point of contact for all thing’s admin related.
Zac Spaulding has a uniquely diverse background with several years in the service, marketing, and financial industries. As a recent graduate from the University of Louisville, Zac quickly implanted himself into the Louisville and Southern Indiana real estate markets as a loan officer. After two years of lending experience, Zac dedicated himself to the responsibility of leasing and maintaining Form G’s residential properties. Zac’s knowledge of a project’s financial goals, paired with his desire to deliver unmatched service, results in a tailored tenant experience above any other.

Carlye Huffman has an extensive background in project management, client relations, and human resources. Never backing down from a challenge, Carlye jumped at the opportunity when she was invited to work for Form G Companies as the Office Administrator. Her long-time involvement playing and coaching basketball, softball, and track & field, has procured her appreciation of teamwork while accomplishing personal and professional goals. These endeavors in the sports arena have enhanced her resilience, communication skills, and leadership ability.

Steven P. Shaffer served as a Vice President of Retail Sales for PRG Commercial Property Advisors before creating Form G Brokerage a subsidiary of Form G Holdings. Steven is very well versed in the local commercial real estate market representing both buyers and sellers of commercial property. Steven quickly transitioned to commercial real estate with a focus on national retail franchise tenants, landlord representation and retail investment properties
