Steven P. Shaffer served as a Vice President of Retail Sales for PRG Commercial Property Advisors before creating Form G Brokerage a subsidiary of Form G Holdings. Steven is very well versed in the local commercial real estate market representing both buyers and sellers of commercial property. Steven quickly transitioned to commercial real estate with a focus on national retail franchise tenants, landlord representation and retail investment properties
For over 20 years Erik has formed buildings and houses for all the world to see, he doesn’t swing a hammer, he doesn’t cut wood, he does the dirty work you can’t see. Erik oversees the entire land use entitlement process, beginning with land acquisition, continuing through the conceptual site plan design and site due-diligence procedure and ends with plans ready for construction. He utilizes his years of hands on experience, knowledge and education in the Real Estate and Land Development field to provide design solutions with an outside the box mentality.

Dean served as the Principal Broker of Retail Sites Plus prior to joining Form G Commercial Advisors in June of 2017. Since 2004, he has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate while specializing in retail site selection.
He has represented Junior Bridgeman's restaurant group, Bridgeman Foods, in their expansion of Chili's Restaurant and Mark's Feed Store. Dean has been responsible for the disposition of Wendy's and Golden Corral restaurants. He played a vital role in the initial expansion of Tire Discounter's into the Kentucky market finding 12 new locations.
As the Vice President of Sales and Leasing, Tim's role is to assist Landlords, Tenants, Buyers, and Sellers in the facilitation of their all their real estate needs. Tim has completed transactions with national tenants such as Planet Fitness, Visionworks, Boot Barn, Kirkland's, Jackson Hewitt, Edible Arrangements, Jersey Mikes, Cricket Wireless as well as many other local and regional tenants. Tim has also represented various local and regional landlord's in transactions as well as national institutional landlords such as Inland, Inventrust, Weingarten, ARCP, VEREIT, and Hendon Properties.
Kim has a unique 30 year background in land development operations and management. Originally from Greensburg, Indiana she began her career in project management and operation supervision with Mesco USA, Inc. established in 1987 as a specialized engineering division of Mitsui Mining & Smelting Co., Ltd., one of the leading non-ferrous metal producers in the world.

As a highly successful Project Manager, with over 20 years of experience in Commercial, Residential and Industrial Real Estate Development, Julian outclasses competitors at getting the job done right, on time and on budget. He is responsible for developing new business associations, as well maintaining existing relationships formed throughout his career. Julian excels in the Management of Industrial Properties, serving as a liaison between owner and tenants, while managing all facility and property maintenance needs. He has successfully built strong relationships with Construction Executives, Real Estate Brokers, Architects, Planners, Engineers and other industry professionals.

As the founder and CEO of Form G Companies, Eric continues to draw from his talents by building relationships, creating design solutions and providing single source management through his "E3" business model each and every day.
John provides on-site coordination for all phases of Form G construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. John is also responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and overall job site safety. John’s attention to detail and overall knowledge of “what it takes in construction” makes him a valuable asset to Form G Companies.
Carlye Huffman has an extensive background in project management, client relations, and human resources. Never backing down from a challenge, Carlye jumped at the opportunity when she was invited to work for Form G Companies as the Office Administrator. Her long-time involvement playing and coaching basketball, softball, and track & field, has procured her appreciation of teamwork while accomplishing personal and professional goals. These endeavors in the sports arena have enhanced her resilience, communication skills, and leadership ability.

Mr. Hendrix works diligently to oversee construction projects while upholding a high standard of quality, strict sense of scheduling and a professional awareness of the overall budget. Tim comes from a family of real estate investors and property managers where he assisted his grandfather’s property management company in Louisville, Kentucky at an early age. After gaining experience in the trade and graduation from Providence High School, Tim decided to pursue a degree in Construction Management from Purdue University in 2009, while at Purdue he also earned a certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
